Riding lessons at Stepping Stone Farm are designed to encourage riders to reach their personal riding goals. Whether you want to ride for pleasure or competition, are a beginner or advanced rider, child or adult, we can help you develop your riding skills and reach your full potential.
- We offer lessons in hunt seat, dressage, and jumping.
- Riders may begin lessons as young as age five.
- School horses are available or you may bring your own horse.
- Students learn proper grooming and saddling techniques.
- Our riding step program awards certificates upon completion of each level.
- Supplemental video lessons help riders learn by watching themselves.
- Flying Colors 4-H Club is based on our farm with monthly meetings, field trips, guest speakers,
horse camp, and shows
- Practice rides and partial leases of school horses are available with instructor's approval.

- Instructor has a Bachelor's degree in Equestrian Studies
from The University of Findlay and 24 years experience
with horses.
- Our indoor arena allows us to ride year round.
- Horsemanship Workshops provide the opportunity to learn
more about horses and their care.
- Groups are no more than six riders.
- We have a large play area for siblings in view of the outdoor arena so parents can easily watch
the lesson and their other kids, too.
